Day-by-Day Itinerary
Kampala to Murchison Falls – Top of the Falls
Drive northwest through Bombo with a lunch stop in Masindi, then visit the top of the falls at Baker’s summit to marvel at the Nile dropping through the Western Rift Valley. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Game Drive & Boat Cruise
Morning game drive on the northern bank for elephant, buffalo, Uganda kob, hartebeest, giraffe and leopard. After lunch, take a boat cruise to the bottom of the falls among hippos, Nile crocodiles and water birds.
Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary & Return to Kampala
Check out and drive south, stopping at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino trek on foot and lunch, before continuing back to Kampala. End of safari.
