How booking works

1. Tell us your plans – share your dates, group size, and interests using the form. A dedicated safari consultant (not a call centre) replies within 24 hours.
2. Get your tailor-made itinerary – we refine the route, lodges, and activities together until it’s exactly right, with no obligation.
3. Confirm with a 40% deposit – gorilla and chimpanzee permits are paid in full at booking so we can secure your trekking dates immediately. The balance is due 42 days before your safari.
4. Pack your bags – we send your final documents, permit copies, and packing tips before you fly.
