Overview
The Big 5 Safari Uganda is a great wildlife experience for enthusiasts hoping to see Africa’s most iconic animals – the African Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhinoceros and Cape Buffalo. Because the southern white rhino was reintroduced at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a complete Big Five experience in Uganda combines rhino tracking at Ziwa with game viewing in the savannah parks of Queen Elizabeth, Murchison Falls and Kidepo Valley National Parks, where elephants, lions, leopards and buffalo roam. Boat safaris on the Nile in Murchison Falls and the Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth offer superb wildlife sightings.

Queen Elizabeth National Park
Game drives and a Kazinga Channel boat cruise bring sightings of elephants, buffalo, lions (including the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha) and abundant birdlife.
