Day-by-Day Itinerary
Travel to Kibale & Bigodi Wetland Walk
Drive to southern Uganda, stopping in Fort Portal for lunch and a visit to the Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru caves and Karambi royal tombs. On arrival, enjoy a guided nature walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.
Kanyanchu Primate Walk, Chimp Trekking & Birding
Set out on the Kanyanchu primate walk and chimpanzee trekking to encounter a habituated chimp family and various monkey species, followed by an afternoon birding excursion along the Bigodi boardwalk.
Community Visit & Return to Kampala
Enjoy a morning village walk, then drive back to Kampala through scenic countryside, terraced hills and tea plantations, ending with drop-off in the capital.
