Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Uganda
Arrive and transfer to Papyrus Guest House in Entebbe for a briefing and dinner. Overnight.
Entebbe to Kibale National Park
Drive to Fort Portal, base for Kibale Forest, with an afternoon crater-lakes walk. Dinner and overnight.
Chimp Tracking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
Track chimpanzees in Kibale (with optional full-day habituation), then transfer towards Queen Elizabeth National Park. Dinner and overnight.
Queen Elizabeth - Kazinga Channel
Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Dinner and overnight.
Optional Kyambura Chimps & Ishasha
Optional second chimp tracking in Kyambura Gorge, then game drive in the Ishasha sector for tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight.
Transfer to Bwindi
Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Dinner and overnight.
Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Trek to spend a magical hour with a habituated mountain gorilla family. Dinner and overnight.
Walking Safari & Canoe on Lake Mutanda
A walking safari and canoe excursion on Lake Mutanda. Dinner and overnight.
Transfer to Rwanda
Cross into Rwanda and transfer towards Volcanoes National Park. Dinner and overnight.
