Duration
2 Days
Location
Volcanoes National Park

This 2 Days Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari offers an unforgettable opportunity to encounter the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat at Volcanoes National Park, located about three hours from Kigali, East Africa’s cleanest city.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the extinct Virunga Volcanoes, the park’s lush slopes and bamboo forests provide one of Africa’s most thrilling wildlife experiences. In addition to gorillas, Volcanoes National Park is home to golden monkeys, guenon monkeys, buffaloes, forest elephants, and a wide variety of bird species.

The safari also includes a guided Kigali City Tour, where you and your safari guide will agree on the places you would like to visit, such as the Genocide Memorial Centre, museums, local markets, and historical monuments—allowing for a flexible and personalized city experience.
