Can I change my travel dates?

Do I need a visa for my safari?
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and travel destination. If you let me know your passport country and where you plan to go, I can check the visa information for you right away.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not automatically included, but we highly recommend it for your safety and peace of mind. We can help you arrange a reliable policy through our trusted partners, or provide guidance if you prefer to organize your own coverage

Are safaris safe for children and families?

Can I do a self-drive safari?
Yes, we offer self-drive car rentals with fully equipped 4×4 vehicles. For safety and convenience, we also provide optional professional drivers.
How do I book a safari?

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, many of our packages allow deposit payments with the balance due before your safari starts. Terms depend on the trip and travel dates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, most international debit cards, mobile payments, and bank transfers for your convenience.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Do your Tours Include Meals?
Some meals are included depending on the tour. Usually, daily breakfast is covered, and selected lunches or dinners are included for specific activities. I can share the detailed itinerary so you can see exactly what’s provided.
What should I pack for a safari?
Lightweight, neutral-colored clothing, sturdy walking shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, a camera, binoculars, personal medications, and travel documents. Layered clothing is ideal for mornings and evenings.
Is Wi-Fi available during the safari?
Most lodges and camps provide limited Wi-Fi, but many remote parks have minimal connectivity. We recommend disconnecting to fully enjoy the wilderness experience.
