To apply for a Rwanda visa, you must provide:
- Passport – Valid for at least 6 months
- Application Form – One (1) properly completed visa application form (handwritten or typed)
- Passport Photos – Two passport-size photos with white background, showing both ears clearly
- Cover Letter – Signed letter detailing your reason for visiting Rwanda
- Invitation/Accommodation – Invitation letter and/or hotel reservation confirmation
- Proof of Payment – Non-refundable payment confirmation (see payment details below)
- Return Envelope – For postal applications: stamped, prepaid, registered, self-addressed envelope
For UK Travel Document holders (UN Convention 1951): Also provide proof of address via current bank statement or utility bill.
