Drive to Murchison Falls with a lunch stop at Kafu, entering the park to your lodge. Dinner and overnight at Red Chilli Hideaway.
Morning game drive across the savannah and Borassus palm grassland down to Lake Albert in search of lions, leopard, elephant, buffalo, Jackson’s hartebeest, Uganda kob and many birds. In the afternoon, a boat cruise up the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls among basking crocodiles, with an optional hike to the top of the falls.
Drive back towards Kampala with an optional stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the project that reintroduced rhinos to Uganda.
Drive to southwestern Uganda, stopping at the Mpambire drum makers and the Equator for photos, arriving at Lake Mburo for lunch, an afternoon boat cruise and a game drive among zebras, topis, impala and eland.
Early morning game drive towards the Rwonyo headquarters with chances of hyena, buffalo, zebra and the elusive sitatunga, then check out and drive back to Kampala through scenic hill country, arriving in the evening.
Drive to Jinja and check in, with a half day for the many adventure activities on offer at the Source of the Nile.
Enjoy half-day white water rafting (or an optional activity) and visit the Source of the Nile, the longest river in Africa, with a warm lunch by the river before your tour ends.
