Overview
The 3 Days Masai Mara Safari from Nairobi is a short guided road safari to one of Kenya's most wildlife-rich destinations, perfectly suited to groups and families. The lush grassland plains of the Masai Mara host a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including the wildebeest that roam annually between the reserve and Tanzania's Serengeti ecosystem – the Great Migration, one of the most spectacular sights on any African safari.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Drive from Nairobi to Masai Mara
Your guide picks you up from the airport, hotel, or place of residence for the transfer drive to the Masai Mara, passing through the homeland of Kenya's Maasai cattle-herding communities. Arrive at the reserve in time for lunch, then head out for an evening game drive at sunset. Dinner and overnight at your booked lodge or camp.

Full day of wildlife activities in Masai Mara
After breakfast, spend the day on game drives in search of wild animals. Choose a full-day drive with picnic lunch boxes, or split the day into a morning drive, lunch break, and evening drive. In the evening you can add a visit to a local Maasai village for a memorable cultural experience. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Transfer from Masai Mara back to Nairobi
After an early breakfast, embark on the return drive to Nairobi. Have lunch in the city before continuing to your hotel, residence, or preferred drop-off point, where the safari ends.
