After breakfast, your safari guide picks you up from Kampala/Airport to begin your 7-day adventure. Check in at your lodge early afternoon for lunch and relaxation. Enjoy a late afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo, spotting aquatic birds, hippos, waterbucks, and crocodiles along the shores. Capture the magnificent sunset before a simple night game drive returning to the lodge, offering chances to see nocturnal wildlife like leopards, nightjars, owls, hyenas, civet cats, zebras, antelopes, and giraffes.

Day 2: GAME DRIVE | TRANSFER TO BWINDI
Wake early for Ugandan tea or coffee, then embark on a morning game drive to spot wildlife arising from sleep. Depart the park for Bwindi, the gorilla sanctuary, with an en-route lunch stop in Mbarara town. Check in at your accommodation and rest for tomorrow’s gorilla trekking adventure.

Continue to your lodge, check in, refresh, then head for an evening game drive spotting elephants, waterbucks, topis, antelopes, and birds.

Wake to Ugandan coffee or tea and depart for an early morning game drive, potentially seeing big cats hunting their prey. Observe numerous aquatic birds, high hippo concentrations, waterbucks, elephants, and animals cooling themselves around the channel. Return to the lodge for dinner.
